What’s it like to work with KD Creative?

Do you offer rush timelines?
Yes, we can take on rush projects when our schedule allows—but they do come with an added fee. Let us know your timeline upfront so we can see what’s possible and quote accordingly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most projects are split into 2–3 milestone payments. Larger projects or retainers can be broken down further—we’ll figure out what works for both of us.
How far in advance should I book?
Typically 2–4 weeks out. That said, we always try to leave a little room for the right fit—reach out and we’ll find the soonest possible start date.
Do you only work with clients in Connecticut?
Not at all. While we love supporting local businesses, we work with clients all over the U.S. (and beyond).
What platforms or tools do you use?
For websites, we primarily use Webflow, but we also work with Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, and BigCommerce when it fits the project. For marketing, we run campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and use tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Google Tag Manager. For design, we stick with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and strong coffee. These are our go-to tools, but we're always discovering more!
What’s included in a “logo suite”?
You’ll get a primary logo, secondary logo variations, and a submark/icon. Plus, we’ll provide versions for light and dark backgrounds, different orientations, and file formats for web, print, and social.
Can I just get a logo without a full package?
We don’t offer standalone logos because a logo without context rarely serves you long-term. Even our smallest package includes key elements to keep your brand consistent and cohesive.
Will I own my logo when the project is done?
Yep. You get full rights to all final approved assets. We don’t believe in gatekeeping your own brand.
How long does branding usually take?
The Mini Brand Sprint typically takes 2–3 weeks. The Cohesive Brand Package takes 4–6 weeks depending on feedback and revisions.
Do you handle compliance or legal approvals for supplement labels?
We format your label for compliance and double-check it with your manufacturer’s specs—but we always recommend having a regulatory or legal pro review it before going to market.
What file types do I get?
You’ll receive layered source files (usually AI or PSD), print-ready PDFs, and web-friendly formats like PNG and JPG. All files are yours to keep and use however you need.
Do I need to have a logo before we start label design?
If you don’t have one yet, we’ll start with a branding package to build your foundation first. That way, your label design will feel cohesive and intentional—not patched together.
Can you coordinate with my manufacturer or printer?
Yes. We’ll handle communication around dimensions, dielines, bleeds, and file specs to make sure everything prints clean and accurately.
What if I already have a brand—can you just build the site?
Absolutely. If your branding is solid, we’ll use that to guide the design and keep everything cohesive. If it needs a refresh, we can help with that too.
Do you offer e-commerce sites?
Yes! We work with Shopify and BigCommerce to build clean, conversion-focused online stores.
How long does a typical website project take?
Most websites take 4–8 weeks depending on the scope and how quickly we receive content and feedback. Rush timelines are possible—just ask!

Can we just do a one-time audit or campaign setup?
Absolutely. If you just need help getting started or want a second set of eyes on your setup, we offer one-time audits and launch packages.
How much ad spend do I need to get started?
Most businesses see results starting around $1,500/month in ad spend (in addition to our fees). We’ll help you set a budget that matches your goals and scale as it makes sense.
